CommunityBank of Texas Delaware St, Beaumont

Pulled up before 3 cars and was served last just cause I didn't drive a fancy car and was asked even WITH my ID if it was me. Not everyone was set in the beginning of life a lot of us have to work twice as hard for little pay I had been working 8 hours and it was hot. Maybe don't assume every car that doesn't look perfect has criminals in it. Snooty judgmental staff when I can I'm closing my account. I reccomend this place if you are middle class or rich but there isn't anything about community at this bank.

Been with this bank for about 10 years now. You couldn't even pay me to change banks! Never have any problems and the branch manager is always on top of things and very nice. She needs a raise, hard to find someone with her experience, 20+ years!!

This is a great bank. The employees are personable and helpful. I would recommend this bank to anyone. They are big enough to handle your needs but small enough to feel like a local hometown bank, which they are.

I know that before the pandemic drive thru was a member only service and they had limits on amounts they could dispense to customers but since they had to close the lobby to everyone and they're running their business thru the drive thru they shouldn't have this limitations, it wouldn't make sense having limitations on drive thru windows and at the same time don't have the lobby open or would be as good as having the branch completely closed cause they are really not serving any purpose by been there all day telling people to turn around cause they can't give you cash or you can't cash a check due to their limits

Loved training at this branch! They’re so nice and the building is immaculate! ✨🥰

Been waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes. No one has left , don't know what they are doing but it isn't helping customers.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I go to a smaller branch in a different city and it's 10 times better than these people.
