Always a pleasant visit!!! Just wish they would quit moving ppl around all the time.
Thank you Audra for your review! We unfortunately have not been immune to the shortages, but our team has been working hard where they are needed. Hopefully as things settle down, you will see the same smiling faces each visit. Thank you so much for your patience and membership.

My husband and I went to Community First in Riverside for the first time last week. It was a perfect experience. Parker Joiner got us set up with our accounts. Great looking location and very friendly and helpful staff. Update...we were not approved for our refinance at Community First, even with excellent credit scores. I will be closing our accounts at Community First. That being said, everyone at the Riverside location was very friendly and helpful during our short 2 weeks as members. I'm not changing my rating stars because the staff at Riverside really was great!
Thanks so much for this lovely review, Melissa! We are glad to hear that Parker took care of you and that you had a great experience! That's what it's all about! #LoveWhereYouBank

My first experience with this location at the end of 2017 wasn't at all great. Now, it's much better and much more efficient without having to go through hurdles to get my own money. Of course, they gave it to me once I threatened to take my money elsewhere. I have not had the best experience with Community First since becoming a member back in August 2017, but... onward and upward. I'm looking forward to better experiences with them. As for this location, it's very convenient. I love the ATM placement and security there. The lobby is beautiful and feels welcoming, so that's always a plus.

I applied for a loan via the website for a car and was approved. I visited the Riverside branch to finish opening my membership. I sat with Alison and was blown away with her customer service! I've been in banking for years and hadn't received such good customer service in a long time - so much that I asked if C1 was hiring! I now work here and feel blessed to be part of the Community First family! :)
WOW! That's an amazing, story, Cassandra! Thank you for sharing. We're so glad that you both #LoveWhereYouBank and #LoveWhereYouWork! We also appreciate the 5 stars!

When my fiancè and I walked into this branch looking to change banks, it didn't take us long to realize we'd made the right choice. Their associate Alison set up our joint savings and checking, my business account, refinanced a car loan and gave us a second car loan with great rates, explaining the whole process at every step. They helped me with biz loans and Jose, the branch manager, gave us great mortgage advice. They're there whenever we need them and they're happy to answer any question, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant. We love our bank! You will, too!
That's awesome, Seth! We're so happy to read about your wonderful experience at the Riverside branch! Thank you for sharing -- we'll be sure to pass this rave review along to Alison and Jose. Please continue to let us know if there is anything we can do for you. #LoveWhereYouBank

This is the nicest, most professional branch of Community First CU. ALWAYS friendly and helpful, attitude-free customer service. Special thanks to Cody for helping me set up online banking, and solving problems with patience and kindness.

We have personal and business accounts at Community First and have almost exclusively used the Riverside branch since the day it opened. The parking lot is insufficient and at busy times you should expect to park down the street. The staff are very friendly. However, management and staff turnover is high. Every year or two there is a new manager who doesn’t fully understand the job. Recently, another new manager was brought on at this branch. It’s frustrating to have to explain how things work. We’ve run into a few issues over the years, mostly related to inexperienced and/or uneducated managers. The last straw for us was when they refused to honor a U.S. gov check, claiming it was a third party check, and essentially accused me of financial misconduct (as it related to my profession.) Higher level management routinely promises to call me and doesn’t. After I called several different gov offices to figure out a solution, their response was unanimous: no one had ever heard of a bank refusing to honor their check and one man even suggested I find a new bank. Done. We are moving on. Thanks for insulting me and wasting my time, Community First.

I came into Community First Riverside branch to do a trade in with my vehicle. After many attempts I was pretty much denied. Kris Coello gave me the option to refinance, but I was denied that as well. Kris did everything in his power to make sure that my application went through and finally I was able refinance my car. I have been banking with Community First for years now and my experiences have always been pleasant. Thank you guys and especially thank you Kris for everything you’ve done to ensure that I was able to refinance my vehicle.
Wow! We are so happy to hear that you had a remarkable experience at our Riverside branch! Thanks for sharing this with us, Latricia! We will be sure to share this with Kris Coello and his manager!

Management was really awful when I came in trying to deposit checks now I have no benefits no over draft all because the manager over reached her authority and marked my account... It's disheartening to trust and build with a credit union and one manager don't like you trying to work out your differences. It's called for doing buisness. Now what I'm trapped in a loan I can't pay off and cringe every time I have to go back there. Normandy branch was a great place.
Hi, James. We're super sad to hear that you had a bad experiences in our Riverside Branch. We're going to relay this to our VP, Member Experience and Branch Manager and have someone give you a call.

My name is Bridget Beck. I’m a new business owner and aspiring home-owner, so I’ve recently spent a lot of time at the Riverside branch of CFCU setting up my business account, taking steps to improve my credit, and learning about the home-buying process. Alison Smith was very helpful in identifying and eliminating obstacles throughout my time there, and offered extra suggestions and support for my long-term goals. I will definitely be back when I’m ready to buy my first home!
Thank you so much for this wonderful review, Bridget! We're so glad to read that you've had an amazing experience at the Riverside Branch! We'll be sure to let Alison's boss know about your kind words, too! We look forward to having you at the branch anytime. #LoveWhereYouBank
