Karen Hicks is horrible to work with and the underwriting team here treated me completely unfairly. They denied my loan after the underwriting process had already begun for a stupid reason that could have been easily cleared up if they would have just asked me. But they didn’t even give me a chance to explain... they entered a denial into their FHA connection before they even spoke to me about it which rendered the loan for the specific property that I wanted dead in the water. I even had approval by another lenders underwriting department the same day I was told my loan was denied here. These people will screw you over... I would back out if you have anything with them... especially if Karen Hicks is your loan originator.

I know Terri from a different perspective. We are on several committees together. Terri is someone who really cares about her community, who donates countless hours and efforts to help others. Terri never misses a meeting, is always on time, and volunteers whenever we need help. Her professionalism in handling civic activities translates to her profession, where she really cares about helping people, while attending to every detail. The community and the business world are well served by her efforts.
