Community 1st Credit Union S Pine St, Tacoma

Really nice poeple and they helped me open an account the same day I showed up without a problem, and I didn't even need an appointment. Would recommend to bank here if you want good customer service.

I am here at the South pine Street in Tacoma Washington at the ATM machine and there's no 1-800 number listed there's nobody get ahold of it's a Sunday and the machine took my money it wouldn't dispersed it out so I have no way of getting my money back from them and they already took it out of my account too

Mrs. Michele Snider, my Tacoma branch manager has been one of the most trusted business/client relationship that we developed that I have had to depend on through my consistent travels in Europe since 2013-2019. From traveling to paris every year or twice in a year since 2013; Rome, Florence, Germany, Costa Rica, London, and Amsterdam, Mrs. Michele has constantly been my go to for whenever my bank account would be blocked the day I would use my card in another country. She would respond to her company emails & company phone to instantly help me get everything situated even when she had done all of the proper steps that needed to be done for Community1stCreditUnion not to block my card out of fraud and protection for myself in the first place. This last year alone (2019), my year in paris, I depended on her for what random errors would potentially come my way that she could assist with using company procedures and standards. I appreciate her so much and her dedication to her service for being the manager at the Tacoma branch. The only reward that I could give her myself was a souvenir picture from Amsterdam that she could place behind her desk for handling the clients (me) situation beyond her job or beyond her control for what errors occurred during all of my leaves out of the country. I recently paid off a car loan and instead of the Credit Union sending me a refund for the 10 dollar overage I paid, they deposited to a savings account that I had never used before and then charged a monthly fee until there was 0 dollars left in the account. This happened in a three month period so I saw it on my quarterly statement. When I called after getting my statement, I was told it was too late for them to do anything about it. I know it's only ten dollars, but really?

The branch manager Michele at the Tacoma branch always greets me by name. She always goes out of her way to ask me how my family and I are doing. She makes me feel like I'm a friend walking into her home, by being so personable. Thank you for all you do Michele!!!

Really wished they would have the lobby opened, drive thru lines are always long and frustrating, but love love love the team! Everyone and I do mean everyone is always super nice and professional!

I love credit one . There has been times when I really needed help. And my credit one looked out for me. And if and thing that wasn’t right. They would fix it. Thanks credit One❤️
