Absolute scam of a business, went in for a vehicle and I test drove it to a service area. The car ended up having a cylinder 1 engine misfire which effects the engine. And low tire threads to replace the all 4 tires would cost $200-$800 and for the engine $100 at best to $3000 at worst. Tried charging $8,500 when the manager knew we were right and said in exact words “can we do $8,500 with no fixes?” Which told me he knew I was correct but he was also extremely hostile when speaking to me and entering the room. Terrible customer service from the manager. But Ray was really nice I’ll give them that but trash service on cars. Please avoid at all cost go to a branded dealer for best car for your money like Toyota, or Honda.

Had a wonderful experience at Car Pros Credit with Bella my salesperson, Jason the manager, and Jon who did the financing! The whole team worked diligently to find a car for me that was within my terms and budget. They were very courteous and engaging during the whole process. There was no high pressure sales and it was stress free. They really left all the decision to me, explained the financing very thoroughly and answered all my questions. As a result I got a great car that I really love!!!! I highly recommend going to them if you looking to purchase a car.

We stopped by (while passing by on our way to a different dealership) to see what they had to offer. And they were one of the few dealerships still open. They were pretty busy so there weren't many associates to talk to but it was nice to be able to look around on our own before actually walking in. Once we did we were greeted and helped right away. The people here seemed friendly and upfront. Not pushy. They ask what you are looking for and explore multiple ways to get you want you're looking for so you can decide what route is most suited and comfortable to you. They don't push anything on you. We got there late so we are waiting for the results from Kia regarding our finance options and should know something tomorrow. So far it has been a good experience. I will update this review after all is said and done. As of right now I would recommend anyone to come check them out.

I show up to buy a car advertised on the website (and still on the website) was told they sold it yesterday. Annoyed by wasting my time driving the 30 miles plus toll to get the car I leave without giving my information. I call the dealership on the way home and ask to speak with the GM. Get transferred to a woman who then asks what I'm calling about. I explain I'm concerned about the bait and switch practices taking place at their dealership and she says oh I'll get you right to him. Of course it goes straight to voicemail. I leave a message outlining my concerns with leaving vehicles advertised to get people in the door and then trying to up sell when they show up because the car was just sold. 15 minutes later I get a phone call, but it isn't the GM, it's the sales manager who I just saw in the office. He said they magically found the car and I can come in today or tomorrow if I'm still interested. At this point I'm nearly 30 minutes away, turning around would cost yet another toll, time and gas. The sales manager then tried to negotiate a price that was more than what was listed even after a military rebate and the Kia rebate. I told him he needed to have the GM call me. Oh and they said my info came through via the website which is impossible, they took the time to listen to the voicemail get my number and call me back. Look forward to the GM trying to fix this, Washington has pretty good consumer protection laws. The GM called me and offered me the magically unsold car for the listed price. Guess what false advertising and bait & switch even when unsuccessful is still against the law! How this man is a GM is beyond me. Asking me if I have ever made mistakes? No, when the Sales manager and sales person are both right there and both nod in agreement that the car was sold the day before and they have no other 17s left but would be happy to show me 18s that are just a little bit more. That isn't a mistake, those are LIES. He was actively typing his computer and multiple times said it was gone. I will say that in the 24 years my spouse has been in the military he has met a LOT of people both he and I will do everything in our power to prevent fellow military families from being taken advantage of by predatory and illegal sales tactics. Shame on Car Pros Kia.

Sales manager Jason gave us a price quote and got paperwork started on a car for my boyfriend on Saturday evening. Monday morning I called to speak to him before we went to the bank and was told he wouldn't be in the office until 2pm, but that I was speaking to his boss, Christina, and she asked if she could help me. I explained to her that we were headed to the bank and needed verification of the negotiated price as it was less than the vehicle was listed at on the website and paperwork we were given. She said she could not honor the price quote we were given and that if we had completed the sale on Saturday, she would have fired Jason for selling the car for such a discount. She gave me a new price quote and said it was the best she could do as the car was listed for $3000 more than what we were originally told. She also said that they had put $1200 into the vehicle since purchasing it and we had been previously told that it had come in as it was and had needed no work or service upon their purchase other than the safety check. We felt very confident and pleased with our experience until the bait and switch with the Office Manager.

This by far was the worst experience I have had with a car dealership. I go in wanting to trade my ford flex. The sales manager said no way I don't want that in my lot. By the way I take really good care of my car it still looks like brand new. The manager then yells from her desk and says "You owe 16000.00 on that". So the deals come up and they offer a brand new car but I have to keep my trade which I still am making payments on and give them 500 down and default on my other loan. Or I can pay 4000.00 down and get something different So I get up and walk out. As the wife and I are driving home I get a call from the dealership asking how easy would it be for my wife to get a liscence. I don't even know why that would matter if I am the only one on the loan. And now they keep calling trying to change things. I wish I could drop the stars to 0 but cant.

Great service!!!!! In August 2015 I purchased a new Soul from Jon Hampton. My credit wasn't great at the time but I told Jon what I wanted and he made it happen!!! I returned in 2017 and purchased another new vehicle from Jon. This time it took me a little bit longer to decide what I wanted. He was very patient with me and even came in on his day off! What really stuck out to me, was that Jon never tried to "upsale" me or pressure me into a vehicle I couldn't afford. I REALLY felt like he wanted to get me into a car that I wanted. If you buy from CarPros, buy from Jon Hampton. His service was phenomenal.
