    Online banking used to be very reliable but now several problems. I have tried talking to member services with no help. The person in member services if always polite, just not helpful. I have been trying to set up bill pay to a person and need to add a phone number for the verification. While I keep updating the numbers in my account profile, it doesn't update the phone numbers in the bill pay section.

    Very friendly staff that are willing to go above and beyond to resolve any concerns. They are very knowledgeable of the financial packages and loans that the credit union offers and if they cannot find the answer for you they will find someone that can. Thanks!

    20+ year member , LOVE wealth CU, still a couple things I"d like to see resolved, that are a pain and cause you grief 1) they don"t accept PLAID though PLAID advertises WealthCU as a user.. If you use Plaid it just stalls mid process and you never know if the authorization completed or not,,, until days later you find it has not, then you call Water CU and then they say they don't accept plaid authorizations... almost all other institutions do. what does this mean? You still have to do the silly "2 small deposits" to verify your account with other institutions, time consuming over days, when Plaid does it in seconds or minutes. And if you tried PLAID you'll be stuck wondering what happened. 2) Can't render Statements in Safari, no matter how much you unblock cookies, as requested by the Wealth CU block. WHATS BETTER NOW? you can reset your password via phone now, rather than having to show up at a branch!

    So I forgot to make my December credit card payment, today I get an actual phone call from Commonwealth, letting me know that I forgot to make the payment. AMAZING, Excellent customer service. Thank you Commonwealth!!!!!

    CommonWealth Central Credit Union is awesome. Their tellers are so nice and If i have any questions they are always there to help in the branch and on the phone. I feel like it is family not a bank and that is so important. I would truly recommend this credit union to my friends and family!

    Friendly, helpful and convenient! Love the ability to download transactions to my QB account. The mobile depositing of checks is also really great. I will always bank with credit unions as they are definitely more customer service oriented than private banks.

    Paid off a 5 year car loan, with little need to contact them. But once the loan was paid off and I had a couple questions, they didn't seem interested in talking to me anymore. Waited about a week for each question to get answered, and their response was to ask someone else. I just bought a new truck and went with a different bank. I get that it's all about the money for a bank, but you can still be helpful and get rich at the same time.

    I have been a member of this credit union for 25+ years, I have used if extensively for all my banking and I have watched it become one of the absolute worst companies I've ever dealt with. The only reason I've kept them for the last few years is b/c I've got a few loans left to pay off. Their customer service is ignorant, unwilling to listen to even the simplest of requests/questions from a customer, and never (and I repeat NEVER) give you accurate information. Let alone, follow through with what they say they're going to do. Five phone calls, five different answers, none of them accurate. This company was once good, hence why I signed up with the in the first place, but this last 25+ years it has become a joke. An absolute joke. I can't wait to have these last 2 loans paid off to sever my ties with them once in for all. I've been putting up with their incompetence and arrogance for way too long. Especially for being a long time, LOYAL, customer with GREAT credit and I have put a TON of money through their bank over the last 25+ years. There is NOTHING about this company that is worth dealing with if you don't have too. For the record, today was the 9th time in the last 6 months that I've had to deal with inaccurate information, complete lack of listenting to my original concern/question that caused me to do unnecessary work, on my own, just to find out that what they told me in the first place wasn't even remotely close to being accurate. I cannot express how utterly disgusted I am with this company's turn for the worst. Can't wait to get another local credit union who will appreciate my business and treat me and my money as a credit union should. Commonwealth, I can't wait to sever my ties with you and everything about you....

    Alas, the online banking is getting less and less user friendly. I used to be able to drill down to see all the deposits and all the payments in one long list (like you got when you received a papercopy each month). Now I have a search box. How do I search for "what payment do you have that I don't know about??" or "which deposit doesn't show up yet"? Really disappointing as I have been with CWCU for many years and used to really like it.
