Best bank is have been to always greeted by name as soon as I walk in and do all they can to help with any of your needs

BE CAREFUL, A KNOWN STALKER and former sheriff's deputy “Wes" AKA Phillip W. Lowe WORKS AT THIS BRANCH. Can not believe that a bank would hire somebody with such a background who has access to all YOUR personal information. Scary situation, I thought he looked familiar. My business will be taken elsewhere.

Matt (Whitney) was the teller who helped me, and he was extremely professional,smart, and fast!! I was very impressed, I gave up on regular banks a long time ago, because of their impersonal, and unfriendly manner. He changed my mind, and I plan to open new accounts here. Thank you for the excellent service!! It is greatly appreciated especially in today's climate!! Will happily be back!

Ive been with Commerce since I was 17. They're great if you want basic online banking, deposit, withdrawl, etc. However if you have a problem and can't get to a physical location (like when you move away), the customer service over the phone is a pain to deal with and trying to transfer money from a different back is near non-existant when there is no physical bank nearby to go into. I got hung up on instead of put on hold on the phone 2 different times.

Not happy you put CASH in the ATM it doesn’t deposit for 2 days. Its CASH not a check CASH should go automatically in our Accounts.

I switched banks and came to Commerce. Darrick helped me start my accounts. The bank was very busy at the time but he made sure to take care of me and answer my questions. Thank you!

This is by far my favorite Commerce Bank branch. The staff is efficient and very nice and helpful with any questions.

Used to be my favorite location. The new bank employees are incredibly slow now though.
