    I tried to cash one of my savings bonds and the banker told me the government won't allow them to deposit it anymore and I need to go to their official we bsite for the address to send them in. I go to the website the banker directed me to go to and it says plain as day that I can take the bonds to my local bank account and have them deposit it. After I took my tail between my legs and walked back in the bank are still turned me away even with the proof on the website that he provided me. Waste of time with poor customer service.

    Dealt with Shane and Maria at this location and they give authentic customer service which is hard to find. Gave four stars because you can’t be in hurry coming into this location.

    I will be contacting the District Manager after this review! My husband and I have banked with US Bank for well over a decade and done a lot of business with this bank….look at all these reviews! Sheila King is absolutely horrific! Customer service is not a priority of hers and that’s evident based on the numerous bad reviews specifically pointing that out! Shame on her for running this branch into the ground and no accountability for that from hire up the ladder. I have made a formal complaint but I will contact Brandon Dial next!

    I’m surprised this place has 2.2 stars honestly. They deserve 0 and if you look at all these complaints, you’ll know why. Super slow. Also awful customer service, but not from the tellers, from the manager. Not only is she awful to customers but HAS to be awful to her employees as well because you’re lucky to see the same teller for 6 months before they’re gone. I mean come on US Bank, you have that awful of a turn over rate with employees and don’t question the one chasing them off? McDonald’s don’t even have this bad of a turnover rate. Whatever, I changed banks with no hesitation and I will never suggest this bank, at-least not this location. Manager needs management training. We wouldn’t have to wait in line for 30 minutes if Shela could keep some tellers.

    I don't complain... usually. US is one of the Banks I patronize in Liberty (for now). Drive-thru teller service is extremely slow (compared to the other Banks I patronize). It looks like they are short on workers (this is after repeated visits.) Wake up US Bank! Someone seems to be asleep at the switch.

    Complaint 1: I have never had quick and polite service at this bank. I live 20 minutes away and when I call to see if I can do something over the phone, sometimes the hold times and transfers (after I have explained my question multiple times) results in a waste of my time that is longer than if I had driven in. I have had more than 4 experiences where I have called US bank and their response (after taking at least 30 minutes of my time) is, "oh why didn't you just do this on our website?" And when I try to do what I need to on their website, it doesn't work, and when I call them back, they refer me to the head office who sometimes cannot give me a straight answer either. Complaint 2: I have been charged $15 multiple times without notice for transferring MY money to MY other accounts. And yes, their policy only allows a certain amount of transfers per quarter (unless you do it in person which takes more of my time), but first off: why? That is my money, why can't I just switch it around however I want using the US bank app? Second off: There is no warning or message to indicate that you are out of transfers. So if I ever need to move some money from my savings to my checking I either have to sacrifice at least 30 minutes of my time or some of my money. Complaint 3: I have had tellers make mistakes when answering my questions or dealing with my mortgage and I have had to pay attention and clarify some details that are fairly important. One time I was waiting in line and a teller was helping another customer deposit foreign currency and she messed up three times shortchanging the customer, and the teller kept laughing about it, like it was funny. The customer was awkwardly standing there waiting for the correct amount to be calculated. Laughing about almost accidentally stealing from a customer. Complaint 4: Their hours. If you work a normal job, forget about using this bank. They can't do anything except basic processes on weekends, everything is shut down, also they have normal hours during weekdays. How are day-laborers and normal workers supposed to get bank stuff done if the bank is only open while they are at work??? As a whole: Whenever I try to do anything with my mortgage, transferring money, wiring money, cashing a check, asking a question, ANYTHING; at least 1 employee messes something up or doesn't know the right answer, I have to spend at LEAST 45 minutes of my time, I usually get referred to the head office or the website or am told I could have just called, and I am not treated cordially (They operate from a mindset that policy is policy and although the customer of a bank is a patron that is allowing the bank to use their money while they keep it safe, they do not truly care about the customer at all and will never bend or be flexible to help or make anything convenient). This branch has been the source of much frustration for me for about two years, costing me an inexcusable amount of time and money that I will never be repaid. If I did not have my mortgage and all of my bills paid from here (I do not want to switch all of my autopay accounts over to a new card, costing me even more time in the bureaucratic system.), I would change banks immediately. In fact, I probably will someday when I reach my breaking point. But: Life goes on, its just bank troubles, at least I have money to have troubles with! Definitely not the end of the world, not even close. However, if you can, use a different bank, don't let this apathetic place ruin your day.

    I do not recommend using this branch!! I have to for work purposes but would never use for my personal bank! The tellers are rude! Also because it takes so long to make a deposit in the drive thru... I bring a book to read everyday that I have to go this bank just to pass time while waiting in the drive thru! Plan on spending a good 30min in the drive thru waiting if u choose to use this bank! Also the heavy set man with that sets at the desk upfront is a horrible to customers!!!!

    Horrible if you are ever on any type of schedule. Just forget it. Nearly EVERY SINGLE TIME I walk in there you will stand 20 minutes in line. During that time you see people just walk out in frustration again nearly every single time. They are so incredibly slow and maybe just always understaffed. Usually only one teller maybe two tops. ATM won't dispense money on more than one occasion. And drive up typically has One teller as well. Also their overdraft fees are $30 on ever single charge always so if you are over drawn slightly then any auto draws will rack up numerous $30 fees fast.. But really the gripe is the staff or lack there of. I will add that the bank manager is usually helpful and professional, but that doesn't outweigh the bad. I will be switching banks as soon as possible, I'm sick of it.

    Not good experience at all. I called to US Bank customers to set an appointment to open a new account, so they mentioned this branch was the ONLY ONE WITH OPEN LOBBY, but when I was in there it was close, and I was fine with that cause the virus situation BUT “the guy who supposed to help me” putted on hold for almost 3 hours in the parking lot to make me a phone call and said I sorry I cannot open your account the system is not working, so I was very upset cause he had me for 3 hours waiting for nothing, really bad experience, I’ll never come back to this branch.
