Commerce Bank E Crescent Pkwy, Greenwood Village

Not sure why I still use this bank. I don't get the perks I'd get at other banks, I've been charged ridiculous fees in the past for not depositing into my savings account. They've deposited someone else's money into my account because they got the account number wrong. And now this. Windows 7 for your ATMs, really? I sat there over 10 minutes waiting for this thing to boot up for it to tell me it's out of service.

If you are looking for a financial institution that see's you as more than an account number, and actually cares about your interests as well as theirs, you have found the right place. The manager of this Branch Kristen, is very professional and does an excellent job at communicating with clients. Sarah is the personal banker that setup our account several months ago, and she has been absolutely amazing ever since! I highly recommend this bank, and this branch specifically. Well worth a few minutes of extra drive time for excellent service and people who actually care about your long term financial goals. Thank you!

The prior posting stating that this is a corporate office is not correct, the reviewer obviously did not go inside the building. I found out about commerce bank from a friend who really liked them and I'm very glad that I made the switch. I was with one of the big three banks for about 15 years prior to making the switch to Commerce so it was a bit unnerving to transition away from what I was so familiar with, but Katie and Ellie made the process an easy one. I migrated my accounts, took out a HELOC and they saved me a lot of time and money by making the transition.

This is actually a full-service banking location. There is one other full service Commerce Bank in Aurora (not auria), on Chambers and Colfax. The corporate office referenced in a previous review is downtown on the 16th Street Mall.

They are not a bank. They just do timepass. No proper support, non working website. This bank is a scam.

This bank shuts down accounts every Sunday.

I have been a customer of Commerce Bank for over 20-years and have watched this bank slowly decline, especially the customer service as of the last few years. I recently found out they outsource their online payments to a 3rd party, who sometimes does make electronic payments to the payers you setup on their online payment page, however, they also send paper checks to payers which increases the time it takes for receiving the payment. I just received a mailed notification that my car loan payment hadn't been received 19 days after it was debited from my checking account! After several calls to the place that holds my car loan and commerce bank (after being transferred around depts and waiting on the phone for 45-min to speak to someone) all I was able to find out was that the check the 3rd payment party (that commerce bank contracts with) sent out a physical check for my car loan payment late. I will likely be charged a late fee for my late payment, and it could also affect my credit score. It's finally time for me to leave Commerce Bank and find a bank that has been able to stay current with the times and truly values its customers.
