Comerica Bank Gull Rd, Kalamazoo

I typically choose my bank based on customer service. Comerica on Gull Rd. Is amazing. Everyone there has been nothing but wonderful. Will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

Not a fan of the service here.... my father banks here and as an employee in the Financial Industry at a separate institution of course, I feel they often lie to my father about their “policies” because he banks in a way that they don’t like, he is never negative or delinquent with anything and yet they still find a way to “pick” on him. He often comes to me frustrated. He has been using them as his Only Financial Institution for a very long time. He is also old and stuck in his ways, so it is very hard for him to switch, but because of service as of late he will be closing his accounts soon.
