Comerica Bank Five Mile Rd, Livonia

Insisted on a massive breach of privacy completely unnecessarily. I wanted a simple cash swap with company that has an account with them. Not even a withdrawal.

Comerica Livonia... I would have loved to take pictures inside to do a proper review, but I was told it was not allowed. That's okay, I guess.. The establishment is always clean inside and the workers are very friendly and always willing to help you with your banking needs.

I think I need to start giving another bank a chance. I've gotten the runaround for two months about an electronic bill paying problem. I spent 30 minutes waiting to talk to web banking and they blew me off, saying it was Chase's fault and they couldn't help me. Chase blames Comerica. Roseann Beally at the Levan office tried her best but couldn't get answers from her people either. I'm done with both banks. I'm gonna move my accounts. You can't get help from anyone these days. Just PR BS and fluff. Pathetic.

On numerous occasions I've had weird & rude encounters with this bank, as well as questionable long wait times for a cash deposit...as in, greeted, deposit, 12 minutes later I get a receipt. Um, okay... I will drive out of my way to use another bank even though this one is closer.

Useless, I needed to replace a damaged card and apparently that's something that requires a PHD to do. Don't recommend
