Hadiya was very respectful, friendly, and urgent when it came to servicing me today. She deserves a raise.

Would give no stars if possible, the ladies here are rude and do not want to help!! I've been coming to this location for years and it is always something. Today was just the cherry on top, so I came in at 10:30am attempting to send money through money gram and first off the lady (surayi) I don't know how to spell it was rude. 2nd she CHOOSE not to do my transaction and gave me and explanation that did not make sense to why she could not do it and told me to call moneygram myself to fix it. So I left and went to the location on Westmoreland and forth worth and the lady was super nice greeted me as I came in and was able to do it instantly. So I asked her why would be the reason the lady at the other location couldn't do it. So she called her and the lady straight up told her she did not want to. That is ridiculous this is your job this is what you get paid to do. So when the lady helping told her she was able to do it. she responded by saying I kept giving her different amounts which was a lie and different names which is also a lie because I only send money to ONE person and that is in the system!! After speaking to the lady that helped me apparently she does this often. Why pay someone to make your business look bad?? If there's a manager I could talk to because this needs to be stopped!!

Absolutely poor. I was told my application would be sent and in a couple of hours I would know something. Almost 24 hrs later I check my score and it went down 20pts!! ! I called the number that was gave to me and they tell me then that was a hard inquiry however, my application was denied. If I were you, think twice before applying!

I came here and everything was great. I needed a check cash and everywhere i went they wanted to charge me a lot but not here i like cliffs and i will go back to them again.

Very good service, never a long wait.
