Terrible service and Mrs. Blonde is rude and racist. she would never go back to that place.

I realized to my horror that my license Plate sticker had expired. I had received no notification this year. I went this Sunday afternoon at what I thought would be a peak hour. I walked in and was served immediately by a pleasant and extremely knowledgeable lady. I summed it all up in less than 15 minutes and walked out with an up to date registration and my sticker !!!! GREAT SERVICE! GREAT PLACE!

Had an emergency, my new job messed up my direct deposit, I had to bring a few pieces of id and mail to verify my new address, but they cashed my check on a Sunday and save the day for me ,thanks again!!

This place is FANTASTIC. Every staff member is FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL, and EFFICIENT. Even if the line is long, they get the job done quickly and never make you feel like you are an annoyance or inconvenience if you ask questions. In fact, I have called several times to check what I will need to bring with me for residential permit, city sticker, license/registration application, and they tell me EXACTLY what I will need. They should all get raises! They are really that good!

The lady there was extremely rude. I was trying to see if I could cash my check and she could call my school and verify it but she completely blew me off and didn't even let me answer the question. She also mocked me and basically insulted my intellliegence. The other employees though are insanely nice. Just that old woman that was rude.

Super nice staff! Ada & Lydia are the best. They go out of their way to be pleasant and accommodating. CDCE should have a reality show to teach people how to achieve their level of customer service..."Currency Exchange Impossible"

I am just back from the Clark and Diversey Currency Exchange, and I want to express my gratitude right away for the skilled and gracious way the person on duty took care of business. I truly appreciate the way she handled the transaction.

I went on a Sunday afternoon and it was the same as the Pride Parade. There was no waiting in a line. In fact no one was there except the cashier who also notarized my document. She did ask annoying questions about the form . I just felt that it was none of her business. Obviously she didn't know what a 40l K is.
