Today was my first time trying to sell jewlery at a pawn shop. I didn't know what to expect but I was shocked by the poor customer service. The owner glanced at my jewlery and told me he didn't want it that no one would and that I wouldn't waste my gas driving to any other shops. He did not give me an estimate and instead tried to sell me the jewlery he had and only takes cash. I called Yankee Peddler & Pawn who let me trade all of my jewlery for a beautiful new ring. Go there if you want fair prices and excellent service NOT citywide pawn.

You accuse all your customers of being liars, when in fact you are the liar taking advantage of people in low situatuons in life. This guy is out to get as much money as he can and rip off anyone he comes across. Avoid this business at all costs. Better places like Yankee pawn where you don't have to deal with a naracist losing so he can make a few bucks of the uninformed.

I don’t know how anyone could give citywide pawn anything other than 5 stars!? Skip is more than fair and everything in his store is either new or next to new! Skip has always treated me and my family great!

Very rude to me I bring in a tv and he mocks and makes fun of me about not having a remote then mocks my tv then says I will give you twenty dollars for it then says I don't want it with a smile then I put the tv back in the car then he's peaking out the door like I'm going to rob him or beat him up I will be writing a yelp review well worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I I absolutely agree with the guy that said this is the worst customer service ever don't come here I can't wait to see them out of business I mean it
