Working with Michael was amazing. We first contacted Michael back in 2016 when my wife any I were considering relocating from Chicago to San Diego. Periodically we would visit San Diego and do some house hunting and Michael was able to answer our questions right from the start. Fast forward to today 10-25-18, after being in escrow for 10 months, we are now home owners in San Diego in large thanks to Michael and Hallie. Their over communication was GREAT! I loved knowing that they had our back in such a stressful time. They were always looking to be 2 steps ahead of the game so that no one would be waiting for items to be done on our end. With their help, and thorough diligence, we always felt confident through every step of the way that a minor detail would not derail our escrow.
