I happened to just need number to call and noticed there were some bad reviews. As a 25 year member I have used the savings, the auto loan twice, and the credit card with the lowest interest I got anywhere - even my own bank was higher for those with excellent credit. Never had a problem and I, in fact, experienced very quick turnaround. Felt the need to comment (I usually do not) due to the excellent experiences I have had and wonder where the difference lies?????

Don't bother applying for a loan, even with Excellent credit. After submitting all the paperwork for an auto loan, I waited patiently for 3 days until I called and asked for a status on the loan. I left a voicemail with the loan officer who never returned my call and then when I finally reached a live person I was rudely snapped at by whoever answered: "If (name of loan officer) hasn't called you then your loan hasn't been approved yet!" Great Customer Service - Sorry I wanted to pay you my hard earned money in interest. I have excellent credit and it took them almost 3 weeks to SEND out my approval letter for my loan. Could not even call me to tell me I was approved. The dealership gave me a better APR rate anyhow, on the spot and took them 5 mins to approve me. Pretty pathetic and incompetent for a Credit Union.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t waste your time....Automatically assumed I was a low life with no money. Ran my credit ( 750 ) without my permission. Loan officer “ E D “ or Edi ? Not sure how she spells it, was obviously annoyed that I had called 8 times ( she never answered). She must have caller ID. Called and talked to a teller who informed me she was sitting at her desk !!!!! Finally in contact she was the rudest person iv ever met.... set up an appointment to meet within an hour and she obliged. Once I drove an hour to get there she wasn’t available. They informed me I couldn’t wait till she came back. After weeks of dodging and shady practice in wich nobody would help I was informed I couldn’t get the the loan on a technicality....tried the next place ...loan that same day. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a mixed upon about the credit union, the customer service is great. What I do not understand about the credit union. If you are a county employee and you try to get a loan you get deny, I do not understand this, 1.They taking your money straight from payroll deduction. 2. You have too sign over your life . 3.They do not help you too fix your credit according to Edie that's your problem not theirs. 4. Most of the county employees that have been with them for years get denied for anything anyway, and have to go else where to receive help. 5. The credit union do not even send out account summary at the end of the month anymore. 6. The use to have things for the members (it's gone). My question is what do the credit union really do to help county employee's (nothing)

I couldn't give them a worse rating if I could. I switched because of all of their advertised savings and regretted it almost immediately. They say they offer all of these great rates and whatnot, but good luck getting a loan. I have a subscription to Experian and get my score frequently. When I applied, they pulled my credit score as places do, and they said it was a full 70 points lower than the score I get from Experian! I asked what they were talking about and received no substantial answer. They supposedly use Experian too. Go to a real bank. Don't piddle your funds in such a place. I went back to my old bank and was approved with no issues. "People serving people" hardly.

Not worth the hassle to get a loan here. Loan officers are very un-knowledgeable about the services they offer especially in terms of their home equity loans. Also poor customer service as the CEO, Cookie, gets very defensive if you complain about her loan officers not being able to answer professional questions.

DO NOT BANK HERE!!! $100 in bounced check fees when their employee put a "Returned Mail Fee" of $10 against my account for 2 months that didnt even show on my ledger. This credit union only exists to find ways to steal money from you!!!!
