City Bank Quaker Ave, Lubbock

I recently worked with Mallory McEndree on my new home purchase. She was so knowledgeable, kind, patient, and very helpful through the entire process. She made it so easy, during what could have been a very stressful time. We so appreciate her, she truly was incredible.

Great place to do business, but I could do more if it wasn’t for the attitude from Bailey. Every time I come in to do business, she always appears annoyed at my questions and unwilling to help. I asked a question in regard to a check I deposited and she rolled her eyes at me. I have never had a problem before, how disappointing.

Been banking here for almost 10 years & can’t even seem to get a favor out of them. Very poor customer service. Getting treated how we did & I’ve been here almost 10 years. Wish I could leave 0 stars. I will be leaving & never going back!

This branch is always so friendly, no matter how big or small my needs are. They are efficient and get me back to my day in no time. Mallory has a great group, that reflects so well on City Bank. Highly recommend going to see the branch at Kingsgate!

When I lost my debit card while doing some shopping, I popped into the Kingsgate branch because it was close. They quickly had one team member to Hot Card my lost card and another team member get me a new one. It was like making a pit stop with a race car! I was out of the branch and back to my shopping in just a few minutes. These guys really know the meaning of team work. Thank you so much.
