Completely ridiculous to close your bank & drive through from 12-1 daily. Many people use their lunch to do banking.

I’ve always had a great service banking at this location. For my daily routines, the staff always give it their best to get me in and out in no time!

The people there are always friendly and helpful. I bring my grandkids in there and they are especially sweet to them. I have walked in minutes before they close before their lunch hour and it didn't bother them one bit . They still took all the time necessary to help me and were very friendly . I have used many banks and this is by far my favorite

I recently opened an account here. The customer service is always great, and service is fast. I was in and out with a checking account in about 20 minutes! Very pleased!

In bank service is great but, the on line banking is really awful. I constantly have to contact the bank to correct issue's. When updates are made they simply let information be deleted until they get complaints from the customer. Much wasted time for the customer.

I have never had a bad experience here. The one star review can not possibly be talking about the same bank I've enjoyed for several years now. I've had overdraft fees I honestly earned refunded a time or two with a deposit shortly after. I have my mortgage at another bank (not my choice) down the street and making a simple payment there reinforces how much I like Citizens over all the others.

I have to agree with the other comments. They do hold deposit and when you ask about it you are simply told they do not do that and given the run around. The app makes no sense and the purposely makes it like you have more money then you do to attempt to get you to overdraft. Unless you are extremely on top of your expenses they make it easy for you to make mistakes so they can charge you fees. I believe this is why they hold deposits for so long is to make you overdraft when they don't post it on time. I would not recommend this bank they seem very crooked. I deposited money 2 days ago CASH and it still has not been entered into my account.
Ms Mckeen, We currently do not have any CNB of Texas branches in your area. We are based out of Waxahachie and we have locations in Ellis, Johnson and Dallas counties. We ask that you inquire with your local branch to ensure that you have located the correct bank. Should you have any questions please contact us at 972-938-4300

This place is pathetic first of all they charge to have a savings account but I wasn’t too worried about that where it really hit me is when I did a credit build up with them and I paid monthly and got my money back at the end (like opposite of a lone) and then after I paid it all and was getting my money back they told me it was a lone and charge interest on it? but it wasn’t a lone, a lone is them giving you money first and then you pay them back but I gave them money and they didn’t give me mine back like I gave them a lone basically. The lady obviously got a bonus for signing me up for it because that’s not what she told me she told me I would get my interest back because I’m paying my own money if they would’ve told me I wouldn't get my interest back I wouldn’t of done it because that’s the stupidest thing I ever heard of you holding my money then charging me interest on my money? anyway definitely going to have to switch to a different bank these people Will get you so hard so they can get a bonus

Elizabeth Valderas is unprofessional and apparently dislikes herself. Elizabeth is dry and refuses to educate customers before making changes to accounts. A change at the helm would be beneficial.

CNB of Texas is top shelf. I have dealt with CNB for over a decade. I have seen some comments that are less than accurate and very unfair. These folks are great. Love CNB! They will take care of you, if you give them the chance!
