Citizens Bank Supermarket Branch Charles St, Malden

Very terrible experience I have ever had. I went all the way there to make an adjustment on my account. They told me to call customer service. There were 3 staffs there. One young lady that served me was doing nothing and asked another guy next to him about my issue. That guy was busy serving another young lady at the moment. They only said “Call customer service number on the card” Their languages and behaviors aren’t professional. It’s very ignorant of them. Looks like they hate their jobs so much. I used to have a good experience over there with the manager.

Very unprofessional and weird experience at bank service for the first time in my life. We had an appointment yet we had to leave waiting for half hour for nothing. Thank you so much

Discrimination from the manager...made a huge deal about my fiance who is black cashing his check from his motor vehicle accident settlement there. He called the person who wrote the check and even after confirming it was him he was still not going to cash the check. Made a huge embarrassing deal in front of a line of people. My fiance stood his ground and got his Check cashed.

This branch is wonderful! Trevor, one of the bank representatives was very informative and helped me out tremendously. The ladies that work at the branch today were awesome as well! Quick service, and very professional! Thank you Trevor for sitting down and taking the time to explain everything to me!!

Terrible service! The staff are very rude and did not apologise, specially the branch manager is very rude and he is profiling people, I got discriminated by that person ( he said is the manager)he asked me where I’m from then he called the guy who wrote me the check to make sure he did, my plane was to open a business account over there but I will never go back again and I don’t recommend that place. That person who working there was so mean and nasty. Very bad customer service. Very disappointed 👎🏽

I had an issue w/ bank service fees pushing my low balance into overdraw status. I explained the problem to the manager & he was able to correct the problem on the spot. Exceptional service I don't often encounter any longer in this age of millennial arrogance. Kudos to you & your team for delivering quality attention to your customers. I thank you. Customer since 2000.

A certain staff person (guy) who working there was so mean and nasty. Very bad customer service. Manager or regional manager need to correct this behavior. Very disappointed 👎🏽👎🏽

Terrible service ! They so rude . I come the bank today, I told them , I need cash 4,000$ and the girl work in the bank ask the Chinese Man next to her , he said no .and they don’t give me money, they not even look my account, nothing . I have money more than the number I ask them . I’m so get mad, I go the ATM machine, I take money from machine and I have recipe from machine. I go back the line for watting to see people work in the bank again. And I see the same girl again, I show her recipe from machine and I told her look, I have money more than I need. And than I told the girl work in the bank (can I close my account). So terrible bank , I have money in they bank , I can not get money 😂😂😂😂

Very helpful! I got two notarized copies there and even though, I have no account with them, they did not charge me a fee.

Terrible service! The staff are very rude and did not apologize. We will never come back. When they see me, they just hiding and pretending that I do not have there.
