I've been trying for several days to make an appointment online for face-to-face service at this bank branch and I can't. Today, June 3rd, I came to the bank and I couldn't get an appointment. I stayed in the checkout line for more than 40 minutes and I wasn't answered, I couldn't speak to the manager because I didn't have an appointment. I have had a bank account at bank of america for over 8 years and I notice that in the last two years the quality of service has been very poor. I recommend this bank 1/10.

Might be the worst branch in MA. If you need a teller for your transaction better carve out 45 mins to an hour out of your day. There is ALWAYS a line. There could be 30 people waiting and they won’t have more than 2 tellers working. Not to mention they’ll have someone asking people waiting in line if they need help and proceed to help them with absolutely nothing. I dread coming here

Always only one teller and customer has to wait inline in a small area for more than half an hour or more!!!

Every time I come to this branch they only have one teller, and a line of more than 10 people waiting, sometimes the lines goes outside the branch, this is insane, doesn’t this branch have a manager ? That notices how busy it is ??? And report to the regional manager to possibly hire more people ??? At this particular moment I am here at the line and the teller has been with the same customer for 20 minutes now, and the line keeps growing. Please do yourself a favor and don’t come to this branch if you don’t want to have a bad day.

They slow at the teller the line can be at stop and shop an there will still be one teller taking there sweet time

Extremely inefficient, have to wait over an hour for teller when there were only few customers. Definitely switching bank.

The line at this branch is always very long. From my experience there's always only one teller servicing a line of clients that usually starts outside of the bank. The minimum wait time is at least 30 minutes before you're serviced by a teller. Unfortunately, there are some services that require teller assistance. I'll continue to use mobile banking as much as possible. I hope management address this ongoing problem.

Worst bank branch around. They are consistently understaffed and clearly don't care about the customer. Update- I try this branch repeatedly, and consistently they are not staffed and have a crazy long line. Yet the same bank in other less diverse communities if over staffed with no lines. You can figure it out. Update Jan 2022- Gave it one more shot. This branch should be shut down. A lunatic working there screamed at me for not standing on the red box for social distancing....while they stood a few feet from customers they were helping. Long lines, diverse population, understaffed. Connect the dots.

They have plenty of people to manage the teller line. You can watch then come in and out of the back room. Still there is only one teller. Idk if it's management being lazy or what but it's a problem and needs to be figured out. Also no I needed to wait in the teller line the atm or the app would not have been able to do what I needed.oh and they let someone cut infront of the whole line (by they I mean management not the teller).
