Citizens Bank Altamont Ave, Schenectady

Atm never works, unable to make cash deposits. Have alot of auto payments coming out of my account and I am never able to deposit cash to cover expenses because I work during banking hours and the only time I am available to go is when their closed, had to drive 30 min away to make a deposit so my account doesnt get hit with charges. Employees at this location is extremely rude as well which makes you not want to go in even when they are opened. Definitely looking for another bank who actually knows what customer service means!

Terrible customer service at this branch. Had a problem with check deposited through mobile app when called and talked to tameka she told me I couldn't cash check being I have a business account (even tho I've done multiple times previously) went to another branch and deposited check with no problem!!! Too bad customer service is been the same at every branch unfortunately due to these events I will be closing my eyes out being the branch that is very uncooperative is the one that's closest and most convenient for me.

Five stars called this bank for my routing number and a couple other inquiries after reading the previous review slandering tameka I was hesitant when the lady who took the phone greeted me as tamika but clearly the review of her was not true she helped me and went above and beyond she was very polite, really makes me mad that people slander names on the internet five stars tameka thank you so much

Poor poor poor customer service cecilio does not respond to emails or phone calls and is very quick to get you out the door
