Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Altamont Ave, Schenectady

Worst banking experience here- from the teller (Muhammad) to the manager (Alex) treat loyal, life long members like criminals. They are unprofessional and lack basic decency. Makes you strongly reconsider the company you’re banking with. Would give them a zero if I could.

The attitude at the Altamont B of A in general is quite aloof related to Customer Service. As a Premier client, I simply stopped in to fax some loan documents and while two people stood in the lobby doing nothing, they had me wait behind a line of people who were needing time consuming services like loan applications and opening accounts,etc. Apparently only the loan officers are qualified to fax. I was so frustrated I left and went to another branch down the street where the teller immediately faxed my documents and I was out of there in about three minutes.

Absolutely awful service. Just called 6 times in a row with no answer, plus every time you call you have to wait for the automated answering machine to speak Spanish. Thought it was bank of AMERICA not bank of Mexico. Shitty service 5/5 would not reccommend this bank to anybody

I have always found the staff courteous and professional in every respect. I have never had a problem getting answers from the staff.

Please be aware this ATM at Bank of America dispenses fake bank notes. The branch refuses to replace the fake bank notes.

Every time I come in to make a deposit there is always a huge line, and no one or only one person working the counter!

no one at counter when i came in.. standing here waiting i figure i leave a bad review..................... still waiting...........

Called several times never got someone to pick up a phone.

Great bank. Sometimes you have to wait in line too long.

Always get bad service here. I've never come out of here a happy customer.
