Horrible bank. I keep trying to wire a simple $500 to Webull (a US stock market trading app) and for some reason you can only do wire transfers inside a citizens branch. I go there and on two separate occasions the banker acts super nervous like I’m doing something illegal and sits there in my face telling me I don’t have enough to transfer the money like I can’t see my own account balance on my phone. If you can’t allow customers to do things like wire transfers in branches without having to deal with weird prejudice bankers, then add the option online. I keep missing out on money because I can’t get cash into my IRA fast enough due to citizens employees refusing to wire money for me.

This is the best bank ever, employees are kind and help with whatever you need help with. They give you whatever time you need and never rush you. Michelle is the best manager I've ever seen and the others also. I'd recommend this bank to anyone who needs a bank that cares and needs professionalism also

Teller at the drive thru is so helpful

The call center is very rude when you call to ask a question about your account and they hang up on you when you call an when you ask to talk to a manager or a supervisor they don’t let you!! There are the reason why I will be going to another bank!!
