👎👎👎👎👎👎 I am a business owner I used to do Banking at 14 & Mound branch I had the best customer service over there. Since they closed 14 Mile Branch I had to move my banking to 16 Mile Branch, since then I'm having the worst customer service ever. THAT BRANCH HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

All of the members of the branch are very helpful, I’ve done all my banking through this branch. They made time for me and talked me through the process of applying for a personal loan, and have helped me in person and over the phone many times! Love this branch!

The staff at this branch are awesome!!! Both with our families personal and or business accounts. They have done so many special things for us and have never given us the impression that we were bothering them. My husband and I are blessed to have this branch and their staff.

Worst bank ever . Saturday , December28th , I go there and asked to do wire transfer and after sitting 30 min , the clerk comes saying the banker has customer and it will take her a while and you should go to another branch , I could clearly her the banker laughing and socializing with that customer talking about thinks has nothing to do with the banking , of course is going to take her long time to finish things

Very unhelpful sent my grandma in there to put money in my account and told her I did not need to give her my account number all I needed to give her with my Social Security number My first and last name in the last four of my account number since I don’t have my whole account number and they refused to help her and told her to get out of the branch.

If you want your checks to be stolen or outrages amount of fees then I advise you to not sign up at Citizen Bank
