Let me start by saying I have hearing loss. Most people, with this condition, will agree that they unintentionally speak a little louder. Unfortunately with faces masks now it makes hearing loss worse & speaking even a bit louder. I went to Citizens bank for help. Though they could not help me, I understood. Upon leaving the bank the manager approached me. Let's just say she was the loudest & rudest person I've ever dealt with. It was horrifying. No one deserves to be attacked in the manner she did that day. Especially when you're a manager. Boy did she make that clear, by the way.

Everytime I have had problems with my bank account, including debit card questions or even my checking account, I have always been able to count on Ashley to help me resolve my problems with outstanding efficiency, im glad to have an account here and will continue to do so

These petty people reported my account owing $240.00+ something over a few cents overdraft. By the time I realized it I refused by principle to pay. Its outrageous. Years of using this branch. I will not be back or recommend it. Making me have to wait a year to bank.

Busy but bank tellers try to get you in and out. Very friendly and helpful.
