Not once but twice I have had issues with my bank account and both times Christy has gone above and beyond to assist me. The first time I called no issues Christy handled my problem quickly and happily and the second time I called for a different issue the women I spoke with didn't want to deal with problem and pushed for me to call customer service even after I told her that they had fixed the issue I was having before over the phone and with their bank, I request to speak with someone else, I then talked to Christy about the situation and she was more than happy to help me. I was considering leaving the bank because of the women I spoke to before seemed so uncaring and lazy. I'm Glade you have Christy on your staff and she should definitely be a manager if she is not already one.

Very unpleasant mortgage manager Christy, not willing to provide any ideas for resolving a problem. Poor managements skills for treating a customer. Lacking common sense to deal with a situation.

Worst bank ever! They will screw you over any chance they get! Keep records of everything you purchase or they'll nail you with overdraft fees even when you haven't overdrafted. Stay as far away from any citizens bank as you can!!! Trust me!💩🖕🖓🖓
