I called cities today with a question about my credit card account. Lisa (?) who answered the phone was very rude and disrespectful to me on the phone. It instantly reminded me why I had closed most of my accounts here years ago. (Similar rude customer service )Now this one will be closed too so I no longer have to do business here!
