The teller was trying to close my account without knowing the proper procedure. Made me wait for over 10 minutes before telling me to go to the banker. The banker was knowledgeable and helpful with the process. Even provided me a copy of each doc I signed and initialed! Huge parking because of the location of the branch is a plus!

Due to working on the frontlines, I have not been able to make it to the bank to speak with someone in regards to my account. I was able to leave early which rarely ever happens, and arrived at this location in Holbrook at 4:53 and the doors were already locked and as per the hours, it is opened until 5PM. Two ladies were sitting at their desks, watched me stand there and one of them sitting closer to the door, shook her head and shrugged her shoulders as if saying “seriously?”. This is unacceptable!! We kept locking eyes and they both still sat there not moving or at least attempting to open the door to ask if they can help me with anything. They continued to watch me stand there for a few minutes as they ignored me and acted as if they were working and looking at their computer screens. This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable!!!!!!!

This has been my family’s bank for many many years and we’ve been very happy with them, and they always help and make things right wherever we’ve had an issue with unwanted charges.

My husband and I opened an account here over three years ago. I don’t understand why there are so many poor reviews. Anything and everything we asked helped for they came to our assistance; including fees returned to our account. I joined the military about a year ago and I am not currently near any Citibank Branch . Jennifer went out of her way to not only be sympathetic of my situation but went as far as sending me documents through the mail! Thank you so much Holbrook Citibank!

online says they close at 5 every day but saturday. i get there and its already close, and on tje door it says they close at 4 tues&thursday

Horrible, we need people not ATMs. And certainly we prefer ppl who can speak AMERICAN ENGLISH! SO THAT WE DON'T HAVE TO DECIPHER WHAT IN HELL YOUR OPERATORS ARE ATTEMPTING TO SAY. I DONE WITH THEM. I'VE BEEN WITH THE SINCE DINERS CLUB BACK IN THE SEVENTIES, WHAT A PACK OF THANKLESS MORONS
