Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Veterans Memorial Hwy, Holbrook

One teller on a Saturday, huge line. This gentleman has been being helped for 10 minutes. The next person in line finally got up but was told she needs a manager for this transaction but she is on the phone. Smh, understaffed is an understatement. Update: Teller has vanished, line is still growing. This is literally unreal, thank God this isn't my bank. Update 2: Still waiting.. Someone complained and said this is a typical Saturday (One teller, employees don't want to work in the summer.. What a tragedy.. Welcome to the real world). I wish I could rate this place lower than 1 star.

The worst Bank of America I’ve been to. ATM outside and inside never work. Also not enough staff. 1 teller dealing with 10 +customers

Incredibly understaffed. During the work week it is reasonable to assume a rush around lunch hour, as the hours are so limited, yet there is only one financial advisor available during this window. The few (two) tellers that are physically here are slow and apathetic. Overall, extremely poor quality of service. Would recommend going to the other BoA in Holbrook which, at the very least, has a staff of more than 3 people at all times.

I have Power of Attorney for my father who has his accounts here. This branch is understaffed and was extremely nasty prior to getting the Power of Attorney approved. Thankfully there are other branches in the general vicinity that are competent and well staffed, otherwise I would move his accounts to another bank altogether.

I believe that the service here is sub par. I have my business accounts here and have nothing but issues every time I visit this branch. They are slow and understaffed.

Worst service at these location They don't know how to take people in line to help them sitting in chair frist to look for rep and some walk in took them Than after 20 minutes I was told to wait sericouly I have 7 f* business account I am gona switch to some als good luck thanks If yu looking for better and good service go to huppage Bank of America much better than these lazy people at Bohemia location

all i wanna do is call and ask a question but THEY HAVENT ANSWERED THE PHONE IN HOURS. once i got through the lady was super nice but told me she was working with other clients... for 3 hours lady.. please.

The wait is too long at the drive thru for depositing money, the tellers are very nice but they're clearly short staffed.

Agree with other reviews very slow service . If Bank of America cared about these reviews they would have done something about it.

They only have one teller working on a friday!
