The best place in town to get my banking done in person. Especially working with Ms Ring Choi in two different occasion. She is courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what I needs and complished everything in a very short time. The excellent "in person" customer services I ever experienced for a long time which I am really appreciated. I hope citi bank know how valuable they have such great staff. Thank you Ms Choi what you have done for your customers!!

Asked the person at the front desk to go to bathroom, I was with children and was told that I have to go across the street to the library, even though I was there to do business at that bank. I was told that bathroom at that location was only for staff, however, they let other customers in the bathroom while we were in the bank. The person who helped us conduct business was very helpful though.

Good service, but this place is usually very busy. Expect long wait times for any type of service, especially on Saturday. For something quick like cash withdraws, deposit cash or checks, utilize their ATM instead. Beware of surroundings for using ATM at night time.

I went to the Chinatown location. To my consideration they were racist. First of all, no one was helping me but the African American security. Second, I had my name on the list for about 30mnts and they took care of two oriental people before me. I asked to speak with the manager, she was nice but at the end they took care of them first. I was very disappointed.

A close friend of mine has banked with Citi Bank for 25yrs, we go to this location on our lunch break and the teller gave him false information. After receiving this inaccurate info we were told we had to wait over 30min to see a manager with NO other customers in line. We definitely felt like we were being discriminated on after leaving this branch. We contacted corporate immediately after leaving. This was an awful experience. I told my friend if corporate doesn't do anything he should strongly consider changing banks. Unbelievable!

I hope the people who work here realize that their address is being referenced in a scam email from someone claiming to represent the FBI. It's really hilarious actually that the scammer looked up the address of an actual bank to use.

These people are racist I've had a very unpleasant experience at this bank they only care for their own people many customers have had to complain about the service here.

So bad customer experience. Not friendly not even respect. Really got to report to Citibank.
