I just completed a residential mortgage loan transaction with CIBM Bank and Bill Baker was our loan officer. I can only say that the entire process was smooth and extremely professional from start to finish, and Bill Baker was on top of every detail along the way, making it a seamless and in some ways even enjoyable experience. Perhaps some of my less “fun” experiences in obtaining a residential mortgage loan may have influenced me—but trust me when I say that you cannot go wrong by using CIBM Bank and Bill Baker as your residential/home lender and loan officer.

Bill Baker was amazing to work with. His expertise and knowledge proved he cares about his customers no matter the size; small, medium or large. Bill's work ethic spoke volumes he left nothing out so that I knew exactly how things worked in the current banking and real estate market. From day one his projections from the start were right on. I believe we were about two weeks ahead of schedule on the refinance closing. Awesome personality, always available and got right back with you. Good old fashioned customer service you do not see much these days.

Enjoyed the process of selecting a new mortgage and the process was painless and cleanly handled by Bill Baker, who kept me informed at all times and I feel he looked after our best interest throughout the process. Thank you Bill and CIBM

Indianapolis branch office is awful customer relationship I wish I can stop for working with them but I have a loan and my hands are stuck with them
