Got a new transmission installed a new warranty. Picked the truck up and they had not even checked that I had a low tire and did not top off any of the fluids. But otherwise the service was completed fairly quick and appears to have been done properly.

Dominic was fantastic at helping me trade my truck for a new one! The main reason I went back to Christopher's Dodge World is because you are not pushed into anything. They don't try to up-sell you on features/accessories you don't need.

I was sent several emails that I was approved for a loan with $0 down...one of them was Just 2 hours before my appointment and I spent valuable time and money to get way out there in Golden. Well they reneged on the emails/letters as well as in person that evening as well as the following afternoon.

This rating is to high, I called to make a appointment for service. I was told we don't take appointments. Just bring the vechicle in to the express service., we are first come, first served. So I arrive at 650am they open at 7, At 7 am I'm the first vehicle in the door, first on the computer for service. Eight hours later, here I sit waiting for my truck to be finished. All I wanted was a oil/filter change, Fuel filter changed And tires rotated. I questioned Paul ,the assistant service manager, on the cause of the hold up, I was told my truck was put on the rack as soon as I walked out the door, however there were other vehicles that arrived after mine that needed repairs. Yep you guessed it kinda shoots the first come first served idea all to hell huh? I will never be back for service here and neither should you unless you have days to wait for the repairs.

I was in need of a vehicle since mine was considered a total loss from the hail storm. I went to CDW because we had a pleasant experience in the past. I worked with Rolando Marsh, he was friendly, helpful and experienced. I told him my wants and needs in a vehicle and he helped me find one that was within my budget with no pressure. Purchased a 2014 dodge Durango from John Mae's. Salesman John Mae's was very nice, respectful and not pushy at all. We told him what we wanted he found it got us in and out. I will be returning to this location in the future because I didn't feel overwhelmed or forced into anything.
