We have been Service affiliated banks and were a little scared to open an account with a local bank since leaving the Army. We met Sally on Saturday and she was truly very professional and answered absolutely all of our questions. She made us feel at home, and made sure we left with our account and our app set up. I am truly happy with our decision to bank with ChoiceOne.

All the associates are very helpful and courteous. They make everyone feel welcome whether you are new or an old customer of the bank. They even get to know you by your name.

I’ve used this bank since I was a child. As a business owner I use the online banking services every day, and stop into this branch 3-5 times a week. I enjoy interacting with all the staff. If I ever have a question they are very helpful in finding an answer for me.
