    DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY HERE!!!!!!!!! I can't stress that enough. All parts of this dealership are horrible and heartless. Imagine your daughter's brand new car breaking down on the side of the road in the rain at night and having her get it towed to a place that refused to help or get her a rental car to get home/to work. WELL that's the cherry hill Mitsubishi way!!!! Offer a random employee to drive her home, alone but zero help for work or how to even get her car back. Each person just plays even dumber than the person before them never taking the blame for what is rightly theirs. I will drive/tow my car 100+ miles than EVER bring it back to this location.

    I saw a BMW online for a crazy low price. I had to come in and see if it was for real. I had the opportunity to work with Mike Myles is sales. He was extremely professional courteous and knowledgeable and more importantly the price online was accurate! I am a young man in my early 20's and i never imagined I'd be driving the car of my dreams until much later in life. Thank you Mr. Myles for helping me. I would recommend anyone come see Mike Myles!

KNOW YOUR CREDIT SCORE that would be MOST IMPORTANT and BEST ADVICE that I can offer to give you . . . DONT WALK OUT WITHOUT KNOWING YOUR FINANCE TERMS . . . I HOPE my 2nd time buying a new car goes a lil quicker was their longer than 4 hours

    I had a free detailing because when I purchased the vehicle it was dirty poor service vehicle was still dirty

    Called for a car they had on the lot we saw on-line, was told car was there,...drove 1 hour, car was nice, had a great test ride. We were directed to the senior sales manager who would "work the numbers" for us. Car was listed at approximately 16,900, he LITERALLY said "I am a man of my word and I come form the day where a Hand shake is a Hand shake-and seals the deal, I can do 15,800 and no lower, do we have deal (as he extended his hand)." Wife and I thought about it-we had been shopping for weeks for a vehicle and thought that price was reasonable, so I hand a firm Hand shake, and was told "congratulations, we will work out the paper work, have a seat." 20 minutes passed when another worker approached us and told us the price was 16,900 as advertised and can we write the check for that amount. We were dumbfounded of course, realized we were just"Hoodwinked/flimflammed/bamboozled" and were at a dealership that neither cared about what their workers said or about the customer. We were very disheartened by the whole experience, drove back to our home town and ended up buying a new car at a diffrent dealer who bent over backwards to take care of us. If you read the other reviews, the general workers are very good, which I cannnot disagree with,..it's the senior staff and upper managers that apparently don't care about the customer, nor do they honor the actions and words of their employes/staff . -Unsatisfied and dumbfounded customer
