We had the best experience with Cherry Creek Mortgage. Tom and Karla were so easy to work with. They are knowledgeable and were there with us every step of the way! Would totally recommend them and we will also be using them when we refinance in the future. 5 stars for sure!!!

Tom was really great in navigating our buying process. Very knowledgeable and helpful when answering questions. The only downside to this whole experience was our Realitor Kevin. We ended up finding all the listings ourselves because he said he couldn’t. We didn’t have any trouble finding the listings. He was really no help and crowded us as we walked through the houses which made my wife very uneasy. He didn’t seem to care about getting the things we asked for done. Such as asking the sellers to clean out the garage that was full of garbage or fixing the fence that got broken from the time of walkthrough to final inspection and walkthrough.

Tom did a great job with our loan. He worked with us to get a good rate, helped us put together all our paperwork and stayed with us through all the challenges with the seller and escrow. We did a VA loan and he was very easy to work with and very available to answer all our questions.

Have worked with Tom Kuhn for over 20 Years for all of our Home Mortgage needs and refinancing investment property and this year he help our 21 year old son buy his first house! His knowledge of the industry is only matched by his incredible Customer Service! I highly recommend Tom Kuhn to anyone!
