Took out a loan had to pay it the next week fees appear at random. Pay off your loan and they call you about an annual fee even if you haven’t used them for a month.

Let me start out by saying, it is hard to find genuine people these days. The girls here though, are ROCK-STARS! Brianna is always friendly and professional. And at a job like this one, I know it can be hard to maintain that kind of personality, but she does. And she does it consistently. The true STAR of this location though is JUANA! She is the kindest, most sincere person I have spoken to in a looong time. She helped me through the process and explained to me everything I needed to know. Answered all of my questions and made the application part smooth. Thank you so much ladies for everything!

Judith was soooooo very helpful to me when I needed a check cashed. I came in and she verified me then she was very prompt in getting me out the door asap. It is because of Judith that I am now a customer of checksmart!!!

called and asked if they cash checks ahead of the date theyre written out for (common for check cashing services) and was told yes over the phone. I rode my bike in the hot heat and when I got there I was told by the same associate that I could not cash my check until the date it was written out... I was also treated very rudely by an employee named Quanda, she even called the police on me as I was leaving for no reason.

Juana dose a great job and has great customer service. Shes so nice and helpfull . shes awesome.
