CheckSmart S East St, Indianapolis

Today I went in there and I didn't get cash, instead I was given this insight card thing I was told that's the way they have to do it because the stimulus checks. If you're a payday loan place who's going to require handing a card out you should have that advertised personally I don't like spending money off a card because of transaction fees if I'm already going to pay you guys to borrow the money it's ridiculous and redundant

These Employees should train people. They are very courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable about company policies, and will always go the extra mile to satisfy each and every customer..... they should definitely be rewarded... every one of them...

I love this place cause the girls I dealt with on the Sunday I went i were so nice, friendly and they engage in conversations. Alexis is the one who helped me and she is definitely my favorite. I live in Bloomington Indiana and this is the ONLY place I will go. No one is open on Sundays and the one I did call here in Bloomington well lets just say she was rude and unprofessional.

The girls there are my favorite they are so nice and very professional. This is the only check smart I'll go to even though I live 30 min away. They all deserve a raise.

I needed a place to cash my business checks at, because I was so tried of the bank putting a 10 day hold on my good checks. I needed this money right away. The ladies got me in and out. I will be going back to this store!

They cadhed the first check. The second time i went they called the police on me because they said the check was a fradulant check even though they verifed the account and funds. What an embarrassing expierence
