CheckChangers - Division & Clark Currency Exchange W Division St, Chicago

They are a very good place. I used to do business at their place by Broadway and Irving Park but they closed. Since then, I have been using this one, sometimes I even see the same people who worked on Irving. Always professional and friendly to me. Was there today to do some business as a matter of fact.

I tried to go cash a check here and the lady told me I should go open a bank account. This has got to be the worst place for customer service I've ever experienced. Everytime I come here they make up a problem for why they can't cash my check or give me a western union money transfer. It's like they are allergic to work. Worst, most aggravating place I've been to. Avoid it.

I've used this place for years and have never had a bad experience. Never. Don't know why people post such bad reviews. The manager has actually gone out of her way for me more than once to make sure my payments were correctly made. I will continue to go to this location as I know the people here do the very best they can do. Robert M. Carlson

I don't know what all the fuss is about. I was treated professionally by 2 different employees. They were polite, and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend.

Went here to cash a type of check other currency exchanges usually don’t she called her supervisor to make sure it was ok then took her time to call and verify with chase while there was a line of customer’s at the door, I’m very pleased

The worst service ever! Staff is uneducated, rude and has no idea what they are doing there! Dont go, unless you want to waste your time as they wont help you get your stuff done! They should train their staff better, teach them more about the services they provide or hire new more educated and professional people...

Extremely Bad Customer Service! Paid my ComEd bills but it didn’t go through. The Mexican lady said oops I punch the wrong number. Causing us so much inconvenience!

Worthless place, worthless people. Apparently they want everyone to stand out front and beg for food and money instead of actually work an honest job, since they DON'T and WON'T cash checks from an employer!

They have a Crazy 1 Eyed guy sweeping out the store while u are in there if u say anything to him he goes off, clearly a case of paranoid schizophrenia, there is no tellin what this man is capable of doin 2 customers!!!!

Ghetto as hell. Never answer their phone. Don't post their opening & closing times. Have way to many pei ople out hustling out in front of it. Staff are very rude & not professional at all!
