A few times I called and ladies were very helpful. They regularly do not answer phones, though. I went to purchase a money order. The older lady that speaks spanish was kind of rude and she did not listen to what I needed. I spent time writing down confidential information and then it turned out she said she could not help me. WHY WASTE MY TIME AND JEAPORDISE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION ON A PIECE OF PAPER? She heard from the beginning what I need, responded and after all that said she could not help me. Conclusion: She doesn't listen, is confused and is rude.

The only currency exchange I go to that ALWAYS has a problem cashing a check. 3 times this happened. Nothing wrong with my check. They just want to be difficult and have an attitude. Same check I walk two blocks to cash with no problems. Mexican lady there is extremely rude unhelpful and unprofessional. You're better off going to literally any other currency exchange than here.

I run my own company. Still put my self through payroll.... They said they needed to talk with the manager. I'm the owner. They asked for the number, I gave them my number, offered proof of incorporation even with my name and company info.... They said that I had to bring the original incorporation documents with me. An employee of mine tried to cash her check, they said they need a number to call to verify etc etc... illogical.

I was shocked at the kindness. Lovely young ladies.

Best location I have been to. The woman was nice and accommodating. Definitely would use their services need be.

The Mexican lady that works there on Sunday is TERRIBLE! She’s RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL don’t go there 😖

Either their hours are wrong or they choose not to answer the phone (or clear their voicemail)
