Melanie was very nice she helps me with my online banking so I can get approved. I highly recommend this place because of Melanie and she deserve a bonus for her handwork.

The website says they cash check but they don't is kind of ironic when the name is checks into cash 🤣😂

Excellent service! I love this ladies and they both run a very good shift! Melanie is wonderful and i am very pleased with her, but they should be able to have more products to offer. Their boss should more understanding of a customer's needs when reopening an account. P.S. please create innovative loan, like example you make payments of interest twice and you still owe the same amount at the last payment.

Ms. Melanie has been a reliable , well versed and knowledgeable in processing loans to her various customers. She displays a pleasing personality and explains clearly to her customers how the loan is being processed. She is expected to have high rating as far as her performance is concerned!

The older lady that worked there was so condescending that I was appalled by her unpleasant attitude and extremely unprofessional behavior/conduct. I will never be returning to this establishment and I would recommend that if you want professional atmosphere and good customers service DO NOT do business here. Unbelievable!

The ladies who staff this location are very friendly toward customers and diligent in their duties. They greet me by name and call me to remind me of upcoming due dates which is a wonderfully helpful service to me. I have confidence in their competency and enjoy doing business with them.

I came to Check Into Cash to get a loan. I did not have a check for my online checking account so Melanie suggested what I could do and a local bank that could help me out. I really appreciate the time that Melanie took to help me out when I needed help. She was clearly busy, but took the time for me. Above and beyond. I will be back. Thank you, Gynna.

Website says they cash checks, came in and had to use a bus pass only to be told no. Then why don't you update your website? I've never been so annoyed in all my life. Also, woman working insulted me and proceed to roll her eyes at me and "talk" to her manager while completely ignoring what I was saying. Rude as hell, don't waste your time here. Even if you need a loan or advance, go elsewhere. Go where someone working values you and your time
