Terrible service. I went in to get a account summary statement for my account that I have held with them for nine years. This should have taken two to five minutes max. Instead, the guy started messing with my account information without informing me what he was doing. He ended up messing up the name on my account and costed me 30 minutes of my valuable time, and forced me to sign the documents to verify the new messed up name on the account on the treat if I don't sign, my account will be blocked. I had to leave in frustration without what I came here for, and now I need to go back at a later time to get things fixed. All of this could have been avoided if he didn't mess around, or at the very least told me beforehand what he was going to do and I would need more time to get a stupid account summary.
