This is a fairly decent branch. Clean, pleasant and has a good location. The staff are pleasant and friendly. Sadly, this is disappointing. First off, it advertised "free wifi", but that has never worked. Working wifi would have made the waiting less annoying. Good luck trying to close an account with Chase. I'll be surprised if they will get the job done in under an hour. Just transfer the funds and close the account. How hard can that be? Right now, I'm waiting (and waiting, and waiting) for someone who will be here "very soon" to try to get past the dysfunctional banking software. Oh, and don't bother to take your debit card out of the country. If you make the wrong purchase, the transaction will be flagged as "suspicious" and they might call your cell phone to ask you about it - no help if your phone won't work overseas.

Still not understanding how depositing a check inside and it takes 45 minutes they have like 7 ppl and one person at the desk there’s 5 people in like and they are just standing around talking instead of helping the nice lady who had to deal with us all by ourselves

**Please Read** I visited this branch to get two Cashiers Checks on Thursday April 1st, 2021. I wrote exactly who I needed the checks made out to on a piece of paper for the teller to copy. The teller put the wrong placing of the recipient’s names on both checks. I told him to please redo the Cashiers checks and he did. I was charged $8.00 per check, even for the teller’s mistake checks. When I enquired if I could get refunded the $16 dollars I paid for their mistake the woman who was helping the teller said, “ oh I’ll refund it tomorrow”. It has been one week and still no refund for the bank’s error. Why it had to wait until tomorrow I’m not sure. I am very disappointed at the customer service at this branch

As a customer seeking a basic notary service, very let down that my bank treated me as an imposition and used the verbiage on a form to their interpretation to deny service. Spent about an hour and notary, who was present morning of 2/27/2021, dragged out time and while on a phone call to consult with fellow notary carried on conversation unprofessionally and prolonged our time. It was a very uncomfortable experience. My spouse and I immediately went to a bank a block away where they were able to provide the service with complete ease. Poor work ethic at Chase. Another employee who saw us waiting told us the notary wasn't there, and we had to correct him. Prior visits to this Chase were equally uncomfortable. It's unfortunate that this reputable bank has an incompetent branch on east colonial.

I just experienced the worst customer service. The bigger issue is the transaction was so minor and this individual didn't even have the courtesy to stop his personal phone call to his car dealership to attend to us. I kid you not I was so baffled to see that this gentleman was literally handling a personal call on his Bluetooth as he was assisting us. I just thank God that I have no bank account with Chase but sadly The individual I came with does.

I recommend going to a different branch. I understand that the company has policies, but life is not black and white, there are shades of grey. Even if the customers request does not fall within the daily scope of procedures, a little attentiveness and willingness to thoroughly review the details goes a long way towards customer satisfaction. Apparently customer satisfaction is not on the menu at this branch. Just a healthy dose of cold, unwavering, unappreciated attitude towards anything that interrupts the countdown to the punch out clock.

My friends and I were treated awful here by Matt and Julio.... Sad, because I been a member at this branch for 10+ years I recommend Paul Jones or the manager Christopher Parris. Both very kind and professional. If it wasn’t for them I would of taken my business else where. Thank you for treating us with respect 🙏🏽

I can not mention how bad the customer service in this Chase Bank branch, i went there on 07/29/019 to open a new bank account, the so called customer rep sitting on the table, gave me the hardest time not to open a simple one bank account, i am legal resident in the US, have a FL I.D, a passport, also working in a company. and did not open me account so i can put my paycheck in. said i get a letter from corporate for the reason. took my passport looked at it, turned it around, gave ma funny faces. Then i went back to another bank which is accross the street and opened an account fast and easy. Terrible banking at Chase. I do not recomment to anyone to work with this bank.
