Tina Kasabyan, was so rude! How is she even a branch manager! had an appointment at 2:30pm today with a banker I was seated for over 20 min when Tina Kasabyan kept walking around and not even offering to help me! When I asked for help, Tina approached me without greeting me, and looked really mad at mad for asking a question about my appointment then she continued not even helping me or even trying to help she was so rude and didn’t care when I raised my concerned. I left without getting a service, I have my credit cards, personal bank, business banking and mortgage all through chase but Tina ruined my whole day. I need to reach out to the CEO of chase for help.

The ATM doors (after hours) have been broken for almost 2 years since I’ve lived in this neighborhood. Every time I take out cash I have to walk to the drive thru and I explain to the people that are confused why the doors don’t work. Countless complaints but no response. This bank is the laughing stock of the neighborhood. Don’t bother.

Very Rude customer service Asmik from the start seemed she didn't want to assist us. She saw us setting down and I asked her I needed to add my spouse to the account. She's like do you have an appointment? I was like yes. She didn't bother introducing herself to us. My spouse already has an account with chase through a credit card. So she refused to add him to my account because he didn't have his green card with him. He was providing both his real and un real ID.

Only go here if you want to be treated like a robot and not a human. Representatives for this branch and establishment will mislead and give incorrect information, when you call in to customer service they will also treat you poorly and mislead. The reason you choose a bank is to be dependable in the times that matter most. This establishment does not value you as a client and does not value customer experience . I will not refer any colleagues or clients to do business with this bank. I suggest you find a local bank that cares about you as a person not a number. If you have an account I advise you seek alternative banks that actually care and will not treat you badly

I love this branch. I actually drive past two other branches to get to the Atwater location. Every single person, from the branch manager to the tellers are Amazing. They have the best customer service and go out of their way to help. I'm a really small business owner and they treat me with the same reverence as any other business. I went to a small business Summit with the Mayor. He asked us to stand and then asked a series of questions about how we are being serviced by our banks, and to raise our hands. Does the branch manager know your name? Yes. Does the banker know your name? Yes. Have they recommended services that are unique to your business? Yes., etc. I'm proud to say, by the time he was done asking questions, there were less than 10 people in an auditorium of over 500 who still had their hands raised. I was one of them. He went on to say that those of us who still had our hands raised were being serviced right by our banks. Everyone one else had to think seriously about their banks. I always knew I loved this branch. But what a wonderful confirmation!

Poor customer service. Was told I was preapproved for a credit card and that Jorge would be right with me and that I should wait in the lobby. Making it sound like I was going to be helped in seconds I went and got some coffee, during that time they signed another person up and they waited for her to get done at the counter before helping her first. Total wait time before I left was 15 minutes. Which isn't so long but if you have two people that are told they're going to be next by different staff member atleast acknowledge the mistake to the person you're making wait longer.

I read a lot of complaints about bad service here, but I think slow is probably a more appropriate description of what to expect. The line moves slow and tends to back up as the tellers unhurriedly help patrons with their transactions. I would suggest using the ATM’s whenever possible to avoid the slow service inside, which is unfortunately unavoidable at times.

Can't correctly process a check deposit. I asked that they deposit two separate amounts, into two accounts (checking / savings) from the same check. Come to find out the teller just dumped it all into one account. Should be a normal task to be able to complete correctly.

Got my home loan. The loan officer was really good and had a good experience working with them. Staff seem to be friendly and there's always coffee available for customers. They also have 2 drive through ATMs.

#inNoHurryToHelp@Chase. Second time I come to this Chase branch for their notary services. First time the only notary had just left at 3pm, the second, he was waiting for an appointment in the empty branch...
