64 years old & I have never had to call 911 on the bank's irate manager. The manager became irate for no good reason and asked me to leave (I never raised my voice or used any inappropriate words). I came to deposit a check and access my safe deposit box. I later explained that aside from duress to me, that 3 other persons were in harm if i could not access my property that i pay to store here. I have also never been asked to leave anywhere, any time. I was very kind about the rude, harsh treatment presented by a teller and the Mgr. I am taking them to court over this. No person should be allowed to manage a fiduciary institution or any business for that matter with a short fuse and no compassion or civilly towards long-time customers.

The ATM froze up on me last night, stole my money, and my card was stuck in the machine. I waited for over half an hour trying to figure out how to get ahold of someone. I didn't see a number on the ATM to call. When my mom put me on a three way with the Chase customer service line the call ended because CSRs are unavailable after 5. 😒. After realizing nothing else would work, I locked my card and left. To my luck, someone found my card stuck in the machine this morning and found me on Facebook. She happens to be friends with someone I work with, who also reached out. Now that I'll be getting my card back today, I'm trying to get ahold of the bank to try getting my money and no one is answering. I've called about 15 times in less than half an hour. This is not professional. This is laziness.

I'm standing here now and there are 10+ people in here, only 3 windows open. 2 girls are only standing around talking not helping at all. Been standing for like 10 mins. And I only needed to deposit a little money and get penny rollers. Chase needs to open the bank on emerson and county line by the highway.

Jessi B. is friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. I walked into this branch location to update my account and she was so pleasant to work with! They were short staffed during my visit, however while working with Jessi and overhearing the other tellers you would have never known. They were all very pleasant from the minute I walked in the door. Thank you for the great customer service!

I used your ATM late on a Saturday night for our business. Your machine stole over $8000 and your customer service refuses to help me! Now i have to wait over 30 days for you to investigate! Don't use their ATM for deposits!

Chase is horrible. The branch manager at this specific branch (US 31 & County Line)seems to take pleasure in providing as much information as possible about how Chase cannot provide any customer service. Terrible. I am so glad I closed my personal account with them. If I could rate them zero stars I would.

If I was able to I would give 0 Stars! I am the manager of a business in the area and have been trying to call this location for 2 days to ask a question. No one ever answers the phone. I am talking I have called this branch over 20 times a day for 2 days and every single time it rings until I get a message stating that the tellers are assisting other customers. I find it hard to believe that there is never a time that the phone cannot be answered. They have to loose business because of this. Its ridiculous.

They will not answer the phone. I’ve called MULTIPLE times, but no one will answer the phone. I just left this location and they would not provide notary services for my mom. My mom has been a customer with them for a while now. We are seriously considering switching banks. Save yourself the hassle, bank elsewhere.

Bank machine 1 is out of order with out a sign in the drive they lane. Machine 2 is out of receipt paper. As I pulled up I saw the employees closing up and leaving. Be nice if some checked the machines before someone left.

They never answer the phone, closed the drive threw window over a year ago, only have one teller helping customers while the bankers stand in the back corner and talk. Very lazy group, except for the one teller.
