Chase Bank Bergen Blvd, Ridgefield

VERY VERY RUDE STAFF. Chase executive office if you see this, fire everyone at your ridgefield NJ branch . Manager and down. I've been living in this town for decades. Always used chase bank. Little by little the staff became more rude and nasty. Now 2022 , it's gotten so bad that I'm this close to closing my accounts with your bank. I currently go out of my way 15 minutes to palisades park chase because this ridgefield branch is horrible. And the worst part is, I live right by it. And dont even go anymore. I'm close to closing my accounts. Unless things change soon. And these stuck up staff get fired immediately

The branch manager named Elsa had to be the rudest person I have ever met in my life. I live in cliffside Park and drive all the way to either palisades park or north bergen to not deal with this miserable lady. Avoid this branch!!!

This is the first bad experience I have with Chase. Appointments mean nothing at this location and bad service is #1 priority. Chase is an amazing institution however stay away from this location. They managed to kill 2 hrs and accomplish nothing.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I was greeted upon walking in, & although it was close to closing time and I didn’t have an appointment Ron Chattergee (Asst Vice President of private client banking) personally took care of my every need with efficiency and patience. Fantastic experience overall.

A Chase bank with a local community bank feel. Ridiculously friendly tellers who seem to know half of the customers on a first name basis. Very impressive. Parking is an issue.

If your going in for a quick transaction no problem. But should you need to sit down for assistance terrible. I went in for a simple credit report and was told there was nobody available to assist me. They had me leave my phone number so we could schedule a time to come back... Still waiting on that call....

Went in to open a safety deposit box. I was taken care of by Carmen Patino. She was excellent. Very professional and she even spoke perfect Spanish with my mom. Also, she took her time to explain everything to us even though the bank was nearing closing time on a Saturday. Great service from Carmen!

I spoke to Katherine at this branch and she was absolutely astounding! Excellent customer service! I would recommend her highly!
