That guy Richard is so rude I wanted to withdraw some cash money 500$ from a prepaid card he asked me if I got account in bank of America which doesn't matter than he slides the card he gave it to me back he just said come back tomorrow or after tomorrow without giving me any more explanation like it's his bank that the Last time I use this bank shame on u

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. One of the WORST banking experiences of my life. They are friendly until you open an account and then they couldn't care less about your needs. BofA are one of the banks who caused the 2008 crash, we, the tax payers bailed them out and they still treat you like garbage. They are like used car salesman trying to up sell you every POS program they have and as soon as they have you you're invisible to them. They must work on some type of commission.

The worse customer service in Bank of America of New Jersey very slow and no workers stay away from that place cheap management they don't want to pay for more helpers.

Excellent service. It was my first time going to this bank, the staff was very nice to us. Jelmy and Karina are very welcoming and friendly . We finished work very quickly and I remain great by the bank staff. 👍

Most of the time only one teller works at the counter and the same teller also needs to take care drive through making this the waiting on line longer and irritating. Consider yourself lucky if you walk to this branch and see two teller working behind the counter. Very busy location with poor number of clerks. This branch should focus to ensure a better service with clients time.

ATM TOOK $120. I used an ATM here on a Sunday to make a credit card payment and it took my $120 then got jammed and did not process my payment. When I called the branch they say I have to file a claim with the 800 number which had me on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes to then hang up on me. Branch said they don't handle ATM problems when the machine gets stuck and swallows your money. If I am able to reach anyone on the 800 number and file a claim it will take many weeks to get my money back. I have a receipt from the machine stating it had a malfunction yet they will not give me back my money and make me wait weeks. So unfair...never again

Like many of the other reviews stated, this branch is understaffed during peak times with only 1 or 2 tellers servicing a line of 10+ people. They have only 2 ATMs as well. Don't come here on your lunch break or right after work and think you'll be in and out.

mostly incompetent tellers. not sure who manages this branch but except for couple of people in customer service. the rest seem. inapt... very slow.. crappy teller service with tellers who have no people skills i asked to get some envelopes and the girl tells me she can't give them to me because she only has the stack that was in front of her for the rest of the day... and that i should ask another teller if i can get some from them... so when i say "so i cant even get one envelope?" she replies "well you said SOME.." and gave me ONE envelope from her stack. oh boy... who trains them...they seem to lack common sense plus they never seem to apologize for their.lack of supplies/bills/coins as this was n ot the first time they gave me this kind of attitude
