Chase Bank Imperial Ave Ste A, San Diego

Terribly managed by Angel Perez. I have multiple accounts with chase including a business account that does a significant amount of cash flow and Angel refused to release funds on a check valued at literally less than 2% of the last 6 months total account deposits. I never have this issue when I use the North Park location. Angel made me want to close all 7 accounts on the spot. This is not the type of leader Chase needs interacting with their business customers.

Was just using the atm an accidently walked away for 15 seconds without taking my money. I went back and the money was gone. I asked the lazy management on duty if we ca check th ecameras as th eperson was still outside. She refused. Im out $200 because of a lazy manager. Long lines all the time....I have a business account and private account with chase. I wanted to get quarters for cash and all 3 tellers told me I have to show them my debit card to exchange the money. I never heard that before and all chase banks exchange quarters for cash. Never heard this before. POOR CUSTOMERSERVICE. Went to the chase bank downtown and it was not a problem to get quarters.

This was a horrible location, I recently got married and went in to add a last name, I took 2 forms of ID's and my updated social security. I got asked by the clerk if I was a US citizen??? What does that have to do with me adding a last name? Not the DMV nor the Social security office made a big deal, but they did. I asked to speak to a manager, he wasn't helpful at all. When I got home I called the 1-800 number they immediately assisted me and wondered and apologized for the way I was treated at this location. Will not return to this particular location. I work in the service industry, and this is no way of treating your customers.

The Branch Manager Angel Perez is really mean,rude,and did tell at me on two separate occasions

i just called them 30min ago the said they were open till 5pm. i showed up at 4 & its close. second time this has happened.

Ok branch.3 atms gives you your choice of bills. Must avoid Friday's and 1st of the month is packed

Needed a transaction that requires a manager. Manager told teller to tell me to wait 30 minutes for the manager to come out and help me!

Very good for the bank of my choice. I'd recommend this bank to anyone who wanted to start and keep an account. This is a very good bank.
