Chase Bank Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn

The line (one line) to see a real teller is quite long. Not suggested for a disabled person who can't stand on their feet for long periods of time. When I phone them on the branch's direct phone number, it takes them ten to fifteen rings before they pick up the phone and, sometimes, they didn't pick up the phone at all. Other than these two shortcomings this particular branch of Chase Bank is quite excellent 👌. There are enough ATM's that there's seldom a line to wait (except at the height of the day... like lunchtime). The real tellers are extremely polite, accurate, and professional. You can make an appointment to see a banker online in the Chase app, and they're pretty good about keeping the appointment. They certainly do try to. I am a low income senior citizen who is on Social Security and because my checks are direct-deposited and they come out to $500 or more, Chase gives me their basic checking account for free. No monthly fees at all!! The entire staff is polite and they maintain a professional manner. I've been banking at this particular branch for 13 years and I seldom have a problem. I do recommend this place for your banking needs. This is a good bank and branch.

WORST, HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life! Went into the branch to deposit a check into someone else account. The check had the person’s full name and address & the last 4 digits of the account number was written on the deposit slip. Benita informed me she cannot deposit the check because my name is not on the account & told me I SHOULD KNOW BETTER how rude!!! The matter was escalated I asked to see someone else & I was informed by a brown skin lady with a short haircut who wears glasses her name I didn’t catch. She said she will not be able to go into that person’s account to find that information without a business need! Hello!!! It is a business need I want to deposit a check into their account. She then started to lift her voice at me and started going back and forth arguing with me. How UNPROFESSIONAL!! Why you arguing with a client?? I was not asking for the account number I don’t want to know the person’s information all I wanted to do was to deposit the check into their account. Helloooo It is more a security risk when you have someone’s entire account number since it’s not my account. I will never go back to this branch and because of this horrible experience I will definitely be closing all of my Chase accounts as soon as I sort out all my auto pay for my bills.

One of the best Chase! From management go down! They turned my ugly situation into a really great ending. I made sure to tell them thanks for helping me on my way out. Very professional and willing to go above and beyond to assist!!!

Be especially careful when dealing with teller, "SEAN". On two occasions, while making a cash deposit, Sean removed $40 from the total, placed it in his drawer, then gave me a receipt with the $40 not counted in the total. When I disputed it, he simply says, "The cash machine didn't accept it." without returning the $40 to me. I can only imagine how much '"unaccepted" money he collects daily.

Excellent customer service from top to bottom. Walked in with a problem, and everyone from the tellers to upper management was helpful and kind. I left the bank feeling well served and welcome back. On my way out, I was even able to have a thoughtful conversation with Mike about business loan options I had and next steps to proceed. 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠

I’m here with my patient and he was very rude she just wants to change her pen and open up a checking account she only has a savings account and he was so rude he was telling me that we could go somewhere else he is rude

The worst bank ever ,when the tellers trying to help you, the manager saying Hurry up ,doesn't care at all. lost the money twice already. Never going there again.if I could give zero stars I would

The service was great but the dirty chairs in the waiting area was not great. I was trying to send a suggestion on your site but it was not avail so now I’m on google. Chairs in a very busy waiting area should not be made of cloth since they hold in germs. The stains and condition of these chairs are unsanitary. Just helping Chase serve our people better thank you

Probably the SLOWEST branch I've been to in NYC and long island. The tellers there don't care if there's a line of 30 costumers waiting. They take their sweet time, and socialize amongst themselves in-between customers. Painful experience each time I've been there. Unfortunately it's the only Chase Bank near my business.

Worse customer service in the human history. I went to teller coze i wanted to withdraw $500 and wanted new $100 bills, the stupid cashier told me I cant withdraw any money coze my direct deposit has a pending status, I went to ATM and took $500 and showed it to her , she was surprised .
