Horrible branch. Unprofessional. It’s unfortunate to see the differences in service and professionalism from branch to branch depending on the location. Don’t come here is you have other options.

It’s always broken atms and long lines very horrible treatment to people that bank here!!!

Very happy with the service I receive every time time I visit this branch. Staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful. I’m not only happy with the service I recieved but with capital one I have been able to successfully build back my credit. After my car was repossessed I felt like it was over. Thanks to capital one I have hope again! Have patience with staff. And communicate effectively. All the best. The end.

This place is not for the faint of heart. Long lines due to the times we're living in. I had to provide information and identification for a letter of instruction. The teller filled out the information. Unfortunately, she wrote the wrong email address on the form. Overall, I spent 90 minutes on something that should have done in 25-30 minutes. And I didn't mention the battleax customer in line who had an attitude towards me because she had to wait while all this was going on. The following day, I had to call the 877 number Capital One provided and provide my correct email address. This was one in a series of blunders and delays from Capital One. While she was trying to assist me, the teller wrote down her lunch order for one of her colleagues and got that right. She ordered salmon with rice (with sauce on the rice). I'd love to tell you I'm joking, but sadly, I'm not. Avoid this place. ************************************** The "owner" allegedly responded to my original note and feedback will be documented. I will tell customers the following: AVOID this Capital One Bank and just about every one you encounter. These people are not competent. They made no attempt to reach out. Again, avoid this place like your life depends on it.

The security guard at this branch has a horrible attitude! Countless times, Ive seen him be rude to customers for no given reason. I ONLY come here for convenience because the previous branch I attended was closed. Im goin to have to discipline myself to stop coming here.

I think the customer service here is great, no on here has shown attitude to me or been rude. Lines are usually long but there's nothing wrong with the place.

I had a suspicious phone call from a women with a strong eastern European accent named something like "Adler " or Adeline". The number she was from this Capital One Branch at which I do not have an account. When I verified that the phone number left was actually from a real Capital One branch I phoned back and was told that they were trying to make sure that depositors were "engaged" with their accounts. This sort of behavior does NOT inspire confidence.

This is a horrible branch! They always have a long line and the tellers are rude!

Worst service ever, nothing against capital one but the staff at this location needs immediate retraining in customer service.

Horrendous experience. Tellers are rude. Bankers with attitude. Nasty people. Especially the two Jerome's. Closing all my accounts there.
