Chase Bank Stockdale Hwy, Bakersfield

I lost my debit card back in 2019: I tried to withdraw money from my account with the teller and they said my Federal ID, my State ID, and two pieces of mail were not enough proof to withdraw money from my own account. The manager was of no help. They let me leave with out money to eat for the next week

Every time I go before or after hours to use the ATM the card swiper/chip reader to unlock the doors NEVER work.. why even put the ATM inside if not allowing anyone in to use the.. I miss the California Ave location .. this Stockdale location is the worst!

The employees in this bank branch have always been very kind and helpful when I go into this place to get help.

I would like to give a 0 because of all of my experiences in all of the Chase Banks in Southwest Bakersfield (including this one.) I can never get a appointment and, no one listens carefully to what I’m saying. There is always long lines because there is only 2 to 3 people at the front. HORRIBLE SERVICES!!!

I never see them get super busy in here but for some reason no one ever answers the phone...

Left in disgust. Waited for a banker for 1/2 hour to open a new account. I was told there were two working, but only saw one. Then I was told the other was scheduled to “take calls” and couldn’t help anyone. Waste of my time. Btw, no sign in list to see a banker and the two tellers behind the counter were doing nothing - no customers.

Annoying. They hold a cashier's check from their own back from 72 hours 😒 I guess they aren't a reputable company?? I don't understand why they couldn't just deposit or cash the check? I have a chase account and the cashier's check was from a person who banks with chase. Bank with Kern Schools Federal Credit Union and get Venmo for digital transactions instead of Zelle.

After being told at the California Ave branch their only banker was not available until after 5pm, I called thos branch to see if just maybe they had a banker available well they didnt even pick up the phone. Way to go with customer service Chase.
